We have a small sugar bush on our property that we tap every spring. We boil right here on property and is a true start to finish farm made product. We love this sweet treat, but it goes quickly! We even use some to make our maple breakfast sausage, which has been a huge hit!
Future plans include setting the bush up on lines, instead of buckets, and hopefully tap a few more areas around the farm to increase the amount of sap we collect.
Our Maple Syrup normally starts becoming available for sale mid to late March and is available while supplies last.
