Our chicken backs are perfect to make soup, stock or broth.  There is so much nutrients and health benefits from a true bone broth or stock, and the flavour from homemade you just can’t beat.  

We strive to use the whole animal, with zero to minimal waste, and this is a way we’re able to support this mission.
