Pork

 We raise heritage breed pork out on pasture year around.   When in season, the pigs graze on grass and are fed  high quality milled grain from a local mill.  During the winter months we feed oat and peas as balage that we grow here on the farm.  This substitutes for the grass and other green matter they forage on in the spring, summer and fall.
